The alphabet is marked by raised dots on stiff paper which blind persons can understand by the touch of their fingers. Each letter in the Braille alphabet consists of one or more raised dots. The number and arrangement of these dots distinguish one character.

Delhi HC allows Vivo entities to operate frozen bank accounts on conditions
The Delhi High Court on Monday permitted 14 entities of Chinese smartphone maker Vivo to operate their frozen bank accounts on a condition of maintaining bank accounts' balances, which were shown during the Enforcement Directorate search in a money laundering probe. Justice Yashwant Varma also directed the companies to provide the complete details in this regard to the ED in every 48 hours.
India to get its own version of S-400 air defence system: Sources
India is developing its own S-400 class air defence system which would be able to destroy enemy aircraft or missiles at around 400 km strike range, It's reported on Wednesday .Now, the country is developing its own S400 class air defence system under an over Rs 20,000 crore project.The air defence system will have three different types of missiles, with each capable of taking down enemy targets at different distances and ranges with the maximum being close to 400 Kms.
